Industry
A process line does not forgive power dips. We design standby systems that pick up the load before the process has a chance to stop.

Sector challenges
Sensitive continuous processes
Even a brief voltage dip can stop a line for hours — restarting the process costs more than the outage itself.
High starting loads
Motors, drives and compressors need a power margin for start-up — generator sizing must account for inrush currents, not just rated power.
Energy costs
Energy-intensive production feels every price increase — cogeneration produces electricity and heat right where they are consumed.
What we deliver
- Standby generator sets 10–4125 kVA with ATS, matched to the plant's load profile.
- Cogeneration units that cut the cost of electricity and process heat.
- UPS systems for control and automation — uninterrupted backup for supervisory systems.
- Preventive service with guaranteed response times for plants running around the clock.
Where we work
Typical facilities for which we size and service power systems in this sector.
What an outage costs
Before we calculate the power, we calculate the consequences of losing it. They decide the system architecture.
Process restart
Restarting a line takes longer than the outage itself. Losses are counted in hours of downtime, not in seconds without power.
Loss of work in progress
Material stopped halfway through a processing cycle is usually fit only for disposal — along with the energy already put into it.
Contractual penalties
Missed delivery dates cost the plant regardless of which side of the meter the cause was on.
How we work
Audit and sizing
We analyse the load profile, inrush currents and the facility's formal requirements.
Design and delivery
Our own design office engineers the system; production builds the equipment for your project.
Installation and commissioning
Installation, ATS integration, load testing and operator training.
Service and care
Periodic inspections and support throughout the system's entire service life.
Standards and requirements
We size generator sets to PN-ISO 8528, accounting for drive inrush currents and load character (class G2 or G3 where equipment is sensitive to voltage quality). Installations follow PN-HD 60364, and cogeneration units meet the connection requirements of the local distribution system operator.
Frequently asked questions
How do you size a generator for a production plant?
The starting point is not the size of the grid connection but the real load profile and the inrush currents of the largest drives. We establish which loads must run uninterrupted and which can be shed, then size the set and the transfer scheme accordingly.
Does cogeneration make sense at our energy consumption?
Cogeneration pays off where heat is needed alongside electricity for most of the year. We check the demand for process heat and the plant's operating profile — when both needs coincide in time, total system efficiency exceeds 90%.
How often should the standby system be tested?
We recommend a monthly test start and annual on-load testing. For plants running around the clock we schedule the tests inside maintenance windows so production is never at risk.
